When the system fails, be able to make corrections to the customer's satisfaction. RESPONSIVE to the needs and requests of your customers. Customers place a high value on service that is accessible and available to them when they want it. EMPATHY is understanding what the customer is saying or wanting you to do. We all like to feel special and it is a good feeling to be understood as individual. In other words, follow the golden rule; treat customers the way they want to be treated, not the way you want to treat them. Put yourself in your customer's shoes and try to feel what they feel. We all have had an experience as a customer. When it is a positive experience it leaves you feeling good and you will remember it again and again.
